1. Amendments to Work
• Customers may request amendments to completed work within 5 days of the service date.
• Amendments are limited to issues directly related to the original scope of work performed.
• Dissatisfaction caused by factors such as additional weeds that have surfaced, weather conditions, or any alterations made by the customer after the service do not qualify for amendments.
2. Plant Exchange Policy
• Perennial plants and other items added to your garden may qualify for an exchange, following the store policy at the point of sale.
• Annual plants and flowers are not guaranteed and are non-refundable or exchangeable.
